Complete powder coating capabilities utilizing 3 new state-of-the-art conveyorized powder coating systems featuring 5 stage iron phosphate washers and capable of handling parts 4 feet high, 30 inches wide and 8 feet long at a speed of 4 feet to 12 feet a minute.

Powder booths are for both automatic or manual spray with ability to reclaim any color. Our newest line is robotic with an infrared oven attached and automatic spray equipment for powder coating chassis housing or small enclosures.

A fourth conveyorized system is available to handle small parts or short runs.

Sierra Powder Coating currently powder coats numerous substrates such as; cold rolled steel, aluminum, zinc dye-cast, galvanized and stainless steel. Customer's products can be coated either on an automated conveyorized system or in one of our 12 batch spray booths and 2 large 13' x 10' x 24' batch ovens.
